I support clients through Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Depression, PTSD, Behavioral and other mental health challenges by blending motivational coaching with a deeply holistic philosophy, psychotherapy and psychopharmaceuticals if necessary. My work integrates naturopathic and herbal perspectives, spiritual and alternative healing practices, and music and expressive therapy modalities. This combination allows clients to explore growth on multiple levels—mentally, physically, spiritually, financially, and socially. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is multidimensional and that meaningful change happens when the whole person is supported. I guide clients in building clarity, confidence, and resilience while helping them reconnect with their strengths and inner resources. Whether someone is seeking emotional balance, personal direction, or a more aligned way of living, I offer a supportive space to move forward with purpose and empowerment.
